Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- We kindly ask all guests to contact us in advance to inform us of their estimated time of arrival, as well as their flight number if traveling by plane.
- Please also note the following important details:
- Late Check-in Fees:
- Check-ins after 7:00 PM will incur a €30 surcharge.
- Check-ins after 12:00 AM (midnight) will incur a €50 surcharge.
- Tourist Tax:
- A local tourist tax of €9.35 per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid upon check-in.
- The tax applies for a maximum of 7 nights.
- Children under 16 years old are exempt from this tax.
- Security Deposit:
- A €200 deposit per apartment will be required at check-in. It will be fully refunded at check-out, provided no damages have occurred.
- House Rules:
- Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
- Pets are not allowed.
