The highest part of the house was designed by the architect in such a way that you can look into the treetops from the bedrooms. The entire villa is air-conditioned and can comfortably accommodate families and groups of friends.
Villa La Canopée is a 20-minute walk from Chateau de Berne, one of the largest wine estates in the Var, with various wellness facilities, such as a sauna, massage and beauty treatments. Or what about a delicious lunch in the brasserie? Or fancy dining in a top restaurant? It’s all possible!
The villa, modern and comfortable in design, is fully equipped. On the ground floor you will find the master bedroom with separate walk-in closet and private bathroom with walk-in shower. On the top floor there are 3 double rooms and the children’s room. Since the children’s room has 4 sleeping places, there is also room for 2 more small children; They will have to sleep together in the same room as the rest of the rooms have double beds. The other 2 bathrooms, one with a bath, can also be found on this floor.
Allowing the indoor space to flow seamlessly into the outdoor space - a trend that is reflected in many residential programs these days - is certainly applicable to this house. Through the large sliding windows, the living room with open kitchen flows into the covered terrace, where you will enjoy a beautiful swimming pool, a comfortable lounge set and a spacious dining table.
Switching on the swimming pool heating is always done on request and is only possible outside the summer months. During the months of July and August, the water itself has a wonderful temperature.

About the area
Sainte-Maxime, nestled in the heart of the French Riviera, is a charming coastal town that offers a serene alternative to the glitz and glamour of its neighbor, Saint-Tropez. With its beautiful sandy beaches, crystal-clear Mediterranean waters, and a backdrop of the rolling Maures mountains, Sainte-Maxime is a haven for those seeking both relaxation and adventure.
The town's promenade is lined with palm trees and offers a picturesque setting for a leisurely stroll or a seaside meal. The old town, with its narrow streets and traditional Provençal market, invites visitors to explore and discover local crafts, fresh produce, and regional specialties such as tapenade and anchoïade.
Beach lovers will be spoilt for choice with the town's numerous beaches, including La Croisette, La Nartelle, and Les Éléphants, each offering a unique atmosphere and a range of water sports activities. For families, the Aqualand water park provides a fun-filled day with slides and pools suitable for all ages.
Sainte-Maxime is also a golfer's paradise, boasting the scenic 18-hole Sainte-Maxime Golf Course, which offers panoramic views of the bay and a challenging layout for players of all levels. Hiking enthusiasts can venture into the Maures mountains for trails that reveal stunning vistas and the chance to encounter local wildlife.
Cultural experiences abound in Sainte-Maxime, with the Carré Léon Gaumont theatre presenting a variety of performances and the Musée de la Tour Carrée showcasing the town's history and maritime heritage. The town also hosts several festivals throughout the year, including the vibrant Sainte-Maxime Free Flight World Masters air show.
As the sun sets, the town comes alive with a selection of bars and restaurants serving everything from fresh seafood to gourmet French cuisine. The nightlife, while more subdued than in Saint-Tropez, offers a pleasant ambiance for an evening out, with live music and local wines to enjoy.
Sainte-Maxime's location also makes it an ideal base for exploring the wider Côte d'Azur region. Visitors can take a short ferry ride to Saint-Tropez, or drive along the coast to discover other gems such as Cannes, Nice, and the idyllic hilltop villages of the hinterland.
In essence, Sainte-Maxime is a destination that offers a delightful mix of seaside charm, natural beauty, and cultural richness, making it a perfect getaway for travelers looking to experience the allure of the French Riviera at a more relaxed pace.
