This cozy 4-person apartment with a terrace is on the ground floor. The apartment features beautiful, handcrafted furniture that makes it cozy and comfortable. The living room has a corner sofa and a dining table with 6 chairs. There is a TV with DVD player, Fox Sport and Film 1 are available. The luxurious kitchen is equipped with all imaginable appliances and cooking utensils. The 2 bedrooms have comfortable beds. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has a bunk bed. The bathroom has a shower, a sink and a toilet. From the apartment you can go directly into the garden, where you can sit comfortably. For the children there is a playground and a trampoline. On the ground floor, children can have fun with the Playstation, table football, chalk board and various children’s toys. There is also a room for your ski equipment. If you require a high chair or a cot, please request this when booking.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
