Our house is not suitable for parties or loud music enthusiasts. Quiet hours commence at 10 pm. To ensure everyone’s comfort, we’ve installed noise monitoring devices that gauge decibel levels during these hours; please rest assured, that they do not record or listen to audio. Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside AND outside the home and will result in a minimum fine of $650. We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. Please make yourself at home, your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. We can be reached via phone or through your booking app before, during, or after your stay. Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and clean the hot tub. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay. Upstairs, four bedrooms offer soft linens and extra blankets, while a downstairs suite includes twin XL Murphy beds with privacy curtains. Entertainment & relaxation Host movie nights in the private theater room with a 75-inch Smart TV and reclining sofas, or take on friendly competition in the game room featuring Xbox, Oculus VR, Nintendo 64, air hockey, and arcade classics like Pac-Man and Star Wars pinball.
