VILLA PELAGIUM – PRAIANO
Sitting halfway between Positano and Amalfi, Villa Pelagium offers charm and comfort with easy access to the beautiful areas of Amalfi Coast. With stunning sea views and beautiful garden spaces, this is the perfect base for your Amalfi Coast holiday.
Access to this private villa is 500m from the main road along a pedestrian lane. The nearest parking (with payment) is about 1 km from the villa.
The villa develops over 110 sq.m on two levels, which are not internally connected.
On the ground floor we find a bright living room, with blue tiled flooring and simple whitewashed walls, single sofa bed, dining table and chairs for six. There is a separate well-equipped kitchen with a door leading out to the garden. The sleeping area on this floor consist of two bedrooms with Queen size beds, and a separate bathroom with shower.
The upper floor is reached via an external staircase. Here we have one bedroom with Queen size bed and French windows leading onto a terrace, and a bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer.
The outside of the property offers a terraced garden; from the villa’s entrance, via 21 steps, we find a basic outdoor kitchen with sink and barbecue. A second set of stairs (25) lead us to the upper level of the garden, where we have a beautiful outdoor set up with small private pool (4.20x2.20 m, max depth 0.7 m, opening date 1/4, closing date 31/10), large terrace with shaded area, table and chairs, and sunbeds.
