A few days before check-in, the villa manager will reach out to confirm your needs and ensure everything is prepared for your stay. Upon arrival, you will be given several sets of keys, and check-in will be assisted by our efficient manager, who will explain the villa’s specifics and the surrounding Seminyak area. The QR codes provided during check-in will grant you access to the villa manual and available services via your mobile device. For any service needs during your stay, our concierge or the villa manager will be available to assist with arrangements. The villa is very conveniently located in Bidadari area. It is 5 min by car from the sophisticated shopping, dining and night life for which Seminyak has become famous. (15 min by foot) The notorious Kudeta beach is about 6/7 min by car. The villa is also just a 30 minute drive from Denpasar international airport. The area where the villa is located, is perfect to relax and to remain far from the hustle bustle of Seminyak or to relax after a full day excursion. The entire villa is 100% private, exclusively for your use. Guests have full access to the villa, including all indoor and outdoor spaces, a spacious parking area that can accommodate large vehicles like a Toyota HiAce, the private pool, and the lush garden. The villa is located in a quiet dead-end alley with minimal traffic and spacious enough to fit large vehicles as well. This 280m2 villa is built on a 640m2 land so it is ideal for a family or friends gathering. It offers a large living area while respecting each other’s privacy. It combines the comfort of a newly built villa and the beauty and charm of traditional and Balinese decoration. Each of the 4 rooms (27m2) benefits from a five star rated, energy efficient air conditioner, a large dressing, a safe box. Because entertaining is part of your holidays, all rooms have a smart TV set. Each room also has a large independent bathroom (all with showers - 2 have a bath tub). Towels and natural toiletries from local manufacturer (Bali Sensatia ) are provided. The living room and the kitchen spread on 80 m2 and open onto a 12m long and 4 m wide infinity pool nested in a lush and well maintained tropical garden. The kitchen is fully equipped (stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender etc..). You will be offered the choice to cook by yourself or ask a friendly local cook to prepare delicious Indonesian cuisine (on request). The relaxing area ,composed of a large cosy sofa, is the ideal place to chill out and relax while listening to relaxing music displayed by the 4 ceiling speakers managed by Sonos system. The large pool is a must. It is surrounded by a exotic wooden deck of 2.80m wide as well as a relaxing area offering 2 double sun beds situated in the midst of the breathtaking, mature and well stocked tropical garden. Gorgeous, well positioned lighting makes the garden as stunning at night as it is during the day. For a smooth arrival, we offer a private airport transfer service at an additional charge. Our professional driver will greet you at the airport and take you directly to the villa, where our manager will be waiting to assist with your check-in. If you prefer to arrange your own transportation, please inform us before your arrival with your expected arrival time at the villa.
