A beautiful and newly furnished midtown home located in a quiet neighborhood, 8 minutes to Capitola Beach, and restaurants, grocery stores, and Capitola Mall are all 5 minutes away! The home has a 30-day minimum stay and is equipped with kitchen essentials, new appliances, beautiful hardwood flooring, a washer and dryer, a fenced-in hot tub, outdoor lounge space with a BBQ, and a game room in the garage. All utilities included with 1 GBPS Internet.
- The neighbors are starting construction and there is potential for noise next door

- The home is stocked with a Supply Starter Kit. This kit includes commonly used items like toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc. Once these items are diminished, we are available to restock for an additional cost. Please notify us if you are interested in this.

- No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced)
- 24/7 surveillance recording devices monitor the exterior of this home (including the garage and backyard hot tub) for safety
- Smart TVs with streaming capabilities (no local channels or cable)
- No pets
Our guests will enjoy access to the entire home and backyard patio space, which includes a garage game room, a fenced-in backyard with a private hot tub, a sitting area, and a BBQ. This home is on a shared property, so parking, common areas and walkway are shared with neighbors. The home, garage, side patio, and Hot Tub are all exclusively for this rental.
This home is a 5-10 minute drive to beaches, grocery stores, restaurants, and all the popular tourist destinations Santa Cruz has to offer!
- There are 2 reserved parking spots in the driveway for your convenience. Please be mindful not to block the neighbor’s road to ensure smooth access for everyone.
- This lovely home is the back house on a shared property, with common areas and walkways that are shared with the neighbors in the front house. We appreciate your respect for the shared space.
- For the comfort and peace of all guests, hot tub use and outdoor activities are kindly restricted between 9 PM and 8 AM. To help maintain the hot tub in great condition, we ask that you please follow a few simple guidelines (such as hosing off before use and refraining from food and drink in the hot tub). Please note that failure to follow these rules may result in a $250 fine to cover any necessary cleaning or repairs. In order to keep the hot tub beautiful & clean for your stay, we do have a hot tub maintenance person that comes 2x a week and may be there during your stay.
- We have landscapers, pest service, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.
- TV is a smart tv with streaming capabilities. There are no cable or local channels.
- The exterior of this home (including garage entrance and hot tub area) are monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last-minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.
-By booking this home, you agree to a $2,500 Security Deposit authorization hold on your card that will run 2 days before you check out and if there are no damages, will be released in full 7 days later automatically. If there are damages found, the funds from the hold will be used to replace or repair broken or missing items or for additional cleaning up to, but not limited to the maximum security hold (only applies to bookings not made through OTA)
