Villa Bella (formerly Fitzhaven) is one of the most exclusive luxury estates in North Lake Tahoe! This meticulously restored lakefront estate, which once belonged to actress Farrah Fawcett, is situated on 22 private acres with panoramic views of the lake. The rear lawn, which features panoramic lake views and a 4000 square foot deck with a wooded lakefront setting that is unmatched in Lake Tahoe. DOCK NOT INCLUDED. No beach access. For traditional beach access, guests must drive about 5 minutes to reach nearby public beaches. AC is only in select bedrooms.
