Welcome to your very own City Retreat. Upon entering the home, you will find yourself in the spacious living room with a 55in Smart TV for all your streaming needs and comfy sofa that seats 8.
The first floor is an open floor plan, so if you continue past the living room you will find the fully stocked kitchen and the entrance to your private backyard oasis.
In the basement is your one-of-a-kind entertainment center. You have an in-home theater, pool table, and dart board all at your disposal.
On the second floor you will find two bedrooms with a shared hallway bathroom.
On the third floor is the primary suite with it’s own private full bathroom. Here, you will also have the private balcony overlooking the city.
Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted within the apartment in any form. If it turns out that smoking was taking place in your flat during the time you were renting it, you will be charged $500 in penalties.
Minimum age:
The minimum age for guests listed on the reservation is 24. By making a reservation, you guarantee that you are at least 24 years old and that you are legally able and authorized to do so. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.
Check-in / Check-out:
The check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am respectively. Requests for early check-ins and late checkouts can be made up to one day in advance and are subject to availability.
Gatherings:
Although we are aware that you are visiting Philadelphia to enjoy a good time, this property has a strict "No Party" policy out of consideration for the other renters and nearby residents, you will be staying in a quite residential neighborhood. Parties are not tolerated and will incur a $500 fine plus eviction. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
