Cascade, Idaho is the world’s best-kept secret, but we’re happy to share it with you! In this
beautiful 4-bedroom, 3-bath lake house, you’ll enjoy breath-taking views and across-the-street
access to Lake Cascade, sandy beaches, boat launch, and public golf course featuring the
delicious Lakefront Bar and Grill. Located in the heart of quaint Cascade, ID, you’ll also have
easy and quick access to beautiful lake-side hikes; ATV, dirt bike, and mountain bike trails; and
fun shops and restaurants to explore in Cascade, Donnelly, or McCall, which is only 30 minutes
north. In the Fall enjoy hunting and hiking. In the Winter, make the 20-minute drive north to
Idaho’s beautiful Tamarack ski resort or access hundreds of miles of snowmobile and cross-
country ski trails in the surrounding area.
The lake house sleeps 1 – 18 guests (which includes a queen aero bed and a pack n’ play for
infants). A renovation was just completed which added a bunkroom/flex space on the lower
level, as well as a 3 rd full bath. The kitchen is well stocked with dinnerware and cookware.
There is a walk-in pantry for easy storage of groceries and we have a second refrigerator
available on the lower level for your use. The open floor plan on the main level allows for a
dining table that seats 10, with additional seating for 8 at the bar. The floor-to-ceiling windows
provide both the main floor and upstairs loft beautiful lake views. The loft has comfortable
seating for watching a movie or simply relaxing. You can also enjoy the lake and mountain views
on our spacious deck which features outdoor dining furniture, a propane grill and a hot tub –
perfect for winding down after a day out in nature. Perhaps the greatest feature for adventurers
is access to a garage for storage of gear, as well as paved trailer and RV parking and easy
access to the roads and boat launches – no need to tow your boats and trailers up steep
mountain driveways! There’s no better place to enjoy year-round adventure and relaxation in
the heart of Idaho’s gorgeous Valley County, just an hour or so north of Boise. We know you’ll
love it as much as we do!

Guest Headcount & Fair Pricing
To ensure accurate preparation and fair pricing, we charge a small per-person fee. Exterior cameras are in place for safety and to help confirm guest count. Please provide an accurate total for overnight guests and daytime visitors so we can plan accordingly and maintain a great experience for everyone.
