Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • Thank you for considering my property! A few things to note:
  • -The best way to reach me is via this site. Listings are monitored from 9 am to 5 pm daily. Inquiries and bookings sent after this time will be processed and answered the next day.
  • -Check-in is via the front desk of the property, and they are available to assist you 24/7 upon arrival.
  • -Check-in is at 4:00 PM and Checkout is at 11:00 AM
  • -Linens, towels, and parking are all included with your stay.
  • -For your convenience, the kitchen has a coffee pot, basic cookware, and utensils. Condiments and specialty items are not included.
  • -Due to Covid pandemic, full-service housekeeping is not offered at this time. Trash is collected each day and towels will be replenished as needed.
  • -Please remember that this is a Non-smoking property. Smoking is allowed in designated areas only. There will be a $250.00 fee for any evidence of smoking in the unit.
  • -Motorcycles can park on the first floor of the parking garage. Trailers are NOT allowed on the Property.
  • One parking pass for standard rooms, efficiencies and one-bedroom condos. Two parking passes will be provided for two- and three-bedroom condos.
  • -No Locals including Georgetown county & Horry county in South Carolina Georgetown County includes Murrells Inlet, Litchfield, Pawleys Island, Georgetown, Graves, Andrews, Plantersville, Allentown, North Santee, DeBordieu, Kensington, Oatland, Prince George, Sampit, Sandy Island, and Yauhannah. Horry County includes Atlantic Beach, Aynor, Briarcliffe Acres, Conway, Loris, Myrtle Beach, North Myrtle Beach, Surfside Beach, Little River, Socastee, Bucksport, Garden City, Carolina Forest
  • -No Pets are NOT permitted (except registered service animals with required documentation) There will be a $250.00 fee for guest bring pets into the unit and immediate eviction with no refund
  • -All occupants must be 21 years of age or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
  • -A $100 security hold is required at check-in and released at check-out after the property is inspected.
  • -Hurricane Policy:
  • Refunds are only offered if the Governor of South Carolina orders a mandatory evacuation of the zone where the resort is located. If no mandatory evacuation is ordered, the deposit or payments received can be used on another booking with one calendar year, but no refund will be offered.
