Casale di Amelì is a recently renovated lamia, a typical rural stone house in the Itria Valley. Surrounded by one hectare of olive groves, it is located in a quiet location between Ostuni, Ceglie Messapica and Martina Franca. Behind its thick white walls, the interiors are designed to offer comfort in a contemporary style, with furniture carefully selected and collected over time by the owners. Ideal for up to five guests, the property is on one level with three bedrooms, modern bathrooms and a cozy living area with kitchen and fireplace. Outside, large terraces are equipped for outdoor dining and relaxing, with pergola, gazebo and pool surrounded by olive trees. The environment offers an authentic Puglia experience, with easy access to the trulli villages, beaches and the timeless beauty of the Itria Valley.

Interiors:
The villa is on one level, for an area of about 90 square meters. GROUND FLOOR — Entrance to the living area with kitchen, dining table and fireplace; reading room with built-in sofas and open fireplace; bathroom with shower; a single bedroom; a double bedroom; a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower. The washing machine is located in an external compartment. Air conditioning in bedrooms and living areas.
Park:
Casale di Ameli is immersed in a rural setting of about one hectare, surrounded by olive trees, almond trees, fruit trees and prickly pears. Just outside the villa is a raised terrace with wooden pergola and dining table, as well as a relaxation area with seating area under a gazebo. Two stone staircases lead to the pool area, framed by lawns and ornamental plants. At the foot of the pool there is a traditional bowling green, while an area for playing darts is located a little higher on the slope. Access to the property is via paved road, with the last 300 m on a well-maintained dirt road. Parking for two cars is available inside the grounds. N.B.: Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
Pool:
The pool is located about 10 meters from the villa and is accessible via two stone stairs from the raised terrace. Rectangular in shape; measuring 8 x 5 m with a constant depth of 1.40 m; covered in sand-colored resin; access via Roman staircase with four steps; salt purification system. The interior lighting is automatically activated at dusk, in sync with that of the garden. The pool is surrounded by a resin-paved solarium area, equipped with sun loungers and deckchairs; outdoor shower. Open from the first Saturday in April to the last Saturday in October.
