The Space:
Our place includes a cozy bedroom with a king-size bed, a convenient sofa bed in the living room, and a well-equipped kitchen. Relax on your private balcony, take a dip in the shared pool, or challenge friends on the tennis court.
Guest Access:
This complex has all you need: A free parking spot, a padel court, and a shared pool. There’s a restaurant downstairs, a gym (additional fee applies), a supermarket nearby, and it’s a few blocks from Tulum downtown!
Interaction with Guests:
Security Deposit
For reservations made outside of OTA, OTA, or our website, we require a valid credit card to place a security deposit hold. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released after checkout, provided there are no damages or breaches during the stay.
The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.
The Neighborhood:
Centrally located in Tulum, within walking distance of the vibrant downtown area. Tuk Tulum is close to shops, restaurants, bars, and cultural attractions. The area is known for its lively atmosphere and easy access to the beach, cenotes, and other Tulum must-sees.
Other Things to Note:
Tulum is a town in the middle of the jungle, please consider that sometimes the power can have outages which could affect the wifi signal or services like water. Also, the mobile signal can be limited in some areas.
We provide one towel per person per stay, most of our apartments have washing and drying machines or are located close to a laundry.
Remember to turn off the air conditioning when you are not at home. You have 10kw per night included, the cost of extra kw is $6 pesos.
Note: At the moment there is a construction across the street from the complex, so there may be noise during working hours.
