What We Love
A short walk from the lapping shores of Clovelly Beach sits this darling heritage home. Boasting traditional elegance seamlessly intertwined with modern comforts, and hiding an outdoor oasis with a private pool, this couldn’t be a better choice to rejuvenate and refresh on your next escape.
A sweeping floor plan encompasses plenty of rooms which make ideal entertaining escapes. The heart of this home is on the ground floor, where you’ll find a spacious kitchen, dining and living space, opening onto your private garden. A soft sage green sweeps across the kitchen cabinets, connecting your modern kitchen to your private garden oasis. A restful corner sofa looks out over floor-to-ceiling glass doors, the ideal place to curl up in a gentle breeze, or cosy in front of the fire in cooler months. In summer though, you’ll be sure to throw open the doors and spill onto your garden terrace, for a leisurely barbeque and cooling swim in your azure pool, complete with an outdoor shower. Dining options are abundant, with a casual outdoor sofa and coffee table, or a more formal tulip-dining table inside, completing the set-up.
Boasting more lavish relaxation spaces, the front of this home conceals a second sitting room. Dark wood doors divide this room from a large study, and the comfortable sofas are arranged around a grand fireplace, in-keeping with the elegant splendour of the building. You also have access to a powder room and private laundry for your convenience. Resplendent with modern art, the stylish bedrooms on the first-floor offer ample space for a large group to unwind. The master boasts a king bed, walk-in wardrobe and access to an ensuite. Two queen bedrooms and a double bedroom are also too good to choose from, delivering plenty of space and comfort for your whole party. The main bathroom is also on the first floor, where beautiful gloss tiles surround a free-standing bath delivering spa-like glamour to this enticing home.
Exploring the welcoming beachside suburb of Clovelly is a delight; nestled between the bohemian Bronte, bustling Coogee beach, you’re perfectly located to reach the best restaurants, most unique boutiques, and laid-back coffee shops that can be found in the Eastern Suburbs.Taking centre stage of this ‘burb is of course Clovelly Beach itself, boasting a wonderful swimming area.
