Our apartment with balcony (Nr. 4) on the first floor has 50m2 and is suitable for two to four people. From your own panoramic balcony you can enjoy the direct view of the valley of the 3000m peaks. In the bedroom, a large double bed invites you to dream and in the living area there is a sofa bed for two people and a SmartTV. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower. The toilet is separat. All of our apartments have a fully equipped kitchen-living room and WiFi.
Each of our apartments has bed linen, a fully equipped bathroom, a ready-to-use kitchen and accessories for the little ones. Dog lovers are also very welcome!

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
