At the heart of Lake Road West lies Roath Park, a sprawling 130-acre parkland that boasts a history dating back to the late 19th century. The park features a stunning promenade along the lake, where visitors can take leisurely strolls, feed the resident swans and ducks, or simply relax and take in the peaceful surroundings. You’ll find free street parking directly outside the house underneath the road bridge on both sides of the road. When you arrive, we suggest you park under the road bridge, unload your belongings, and then find a safe place to park. Buses to the city centre are just a few minutes from the property on Ninian Road. A complimentary Welcome Pack offers a selection of essentials to help you settle in and feel right at home when you arrive. For stays over 7 nights, a weekly mid-stay clean will be required (charged at the same price as the cleaning fee). This will include a complete change of bed linen, towels and general cleaning.
