Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Please note that no visitors or hired companions are allowed on the property. This rule has been put in place to maintain a respectful, safe, and peaceful environment in our home.
- Also, kindly note that the use of the pool is exclusively reserved for condominium guests. We request you respect the pool rules and follow the instructions of the condominium staff. These rules have been implemented to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.
- As per the condominium policies, no third-party visitors are allowed during your stay on the property.
- Please avoid hanging clothes, towels, or sheets that are visible from the pool area. This is strictly prohibited, and failure to comply with this rule may result in a fine.
- We also request you avoid using glass objects such as glasses, plates, or bottles in the pool area. This measure has been taken to prevent potential accidents and damage to the surroundings. Non-compliance with this rule may also result in a fine.
- Finally, please keep the volume of music and noise at a moderate level after 10:00 pm, considering the rest of the guests and neighbors.
- Please note that smoking is prohibited inside the house and in the condominium's common areas. We request you to comply with this rule to maintain a smoke-free environment. Failure to comply may result in additional cleaning charges and possible sanctions.
- We kindly request your cooperation in maintaining cleanliness on the property. Please ensure that you wash the kitchen utensils and dishes after use.
- Please refrain from rearranging the furniture in the house, as they are arranged for the enjoyment and comfort of all guests.
- To maintain a peaceful and respectful environment, parties and events are not allowed on the property.
- Please note that pets are not allowed in the house. This rule has been established to ensure the comfort and well-being of all guests considering possible allergies and space limitations.
- All guests must be properly identified, and we remind you not to exceed the maximum capacity of 8 people established for the apartment.
- Please note that only registered individuals are allowed to enter the property before check-in. During the stay, visits from third parties are not permitted for security and privacy reasons.
- Please make sure to strictly adhere to the specified number of people in the reservation. Exceeding this number without prior authorization is prohibited.
- The use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited on the property. In case of well-founded suspicions, the relevant authorities will be notified, and the guest will be asked to leave the property immediately.
- Lastly, as this is an Property Manager community and a private family home, we kindly request that you respect the property and leave it clean before your departure.
