Breathtaking ocean views from this beautiful apartment in Cascais. Overlooking the Atlantic you feel like your’e floating on the water. Just renovated to the highest standards, it offers stylish decoration with attention to detail. A light summer feeling, best describes this sea front apartment, as it receives full sun into the front living room all year around. Please note that this property does not accept children under 13 years.
Two bedrooms, one bathroom and a guest toilet makes it perfect for a one or two couples stay. The weather in Portugal in the winter months is still wonderful enough on most days to enjoy the outdoors all year around. Take your winter break here, you will not regret it!
The private condominium is a five star complex with its own private salt water swimming pool, two tennis courts, huge gardens and a cafeteria serving home-made light meals all day long. There is also a SPA in the building with a great masseur, manicurist, pedicurist and hairdresser. You have the local bus stop right outside of the apartment, and the bus will drop you outside the train station of Cascais. Train into Lisbon runs every 15 minutes along the coastline, a beautiful experience.
At night enjoy dinner around the dining room table with the moonlight reflecting on the sea... you will never want to leave this idyllic holiday place.
We offer a complementary meet and greet service until 8pm.
This property is located in a quiet and residential area of Monte Estoril, just a short walk from the Cascais Marina and the lively streets of the town center. There are several bus routes that pass nearby, making it easy to get around without a car. There is a food takeaway on the ground floor or Casa da Guia for take always of any sort... on your doorstep
Pre-Arrival Form
All guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form before their stay.
Tourist Tax
A local Tourist Tax applies to all reservations regardless of nationality. This tax is charged separately from your accommodation cost and must be paid before your check-in date.
The current rate is €4.00 per person per night, with a maximum charge of €28.00 per person. Children under 13 are exempt.
You will receive an invoice for this tax in advance. This tax is mandatory and helps support local infrastructure and tourism services, as required by law.
Accommodation Details
All our properties are self-catering. However, we provide:
- All beds made with fresh linen and towels
- Basic amenities such as toilet paper and soap (for the first 1–2 days)
- If you need additional sets of linen or wish to hire baby or beach equipment, we offer a wide range of amenities. Feel free to ask us for more information, or check your guest area once you’ve booked.

- Airport transfers and day trips (including baby seats if needed) can be arranged—please contact us in advance.
House Rules
- No parties or loud music are allowed. Action will be taken if there are complaints about noise.
- Quiet hours are legally enforced from 23:00 to 07:00. Please keep noise (TV, phone calls, etc.) to a minimum during this time.
- No additional guests are permitted without express permission from the management agency.
- No pets allowed at any of our properties, regardless of size or behaviour, as per our agreements with property owners.

About the area
Its a 200m walk to the nearest shop & restaurants are plentiful within 150m of here. You have the Casa da Guia centre where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, snacks, sunset drinks or dinner as well as a variety of boutique shops, art gallery, hairdresser etc. On the corner you have a bicycle stand where you can rent a bike for free (just show your passport or other photo id). You may also enjoy the purpose built walking path along the ocean which goes along to the town centre (20 mins) via the marina (15mins) or in the other direction you can enjoy a sunset stroll along the Guincho Beach Road and it stretches for miles along. You can ride your rented bike along here too and there are many many places to stop off at for a refreshment.
