Enjoy time relaxing on your private balcony with a view to one of the beautiful Laterra fountains. Laundry closet in bathroom has washer and dryer. Large 65" Smart TV with premium cable in main area and 40" TV in Bedroom. Streaming apps can be accessed by guest’s personal log-in information. Ceiling fans in bedroom and main room. Make sure you take a dip in the beautiful Laterra pool located in the courtyard of the 955 building next door. If you need baby items (crib, highchair, stroller, baby bath, changing table and/or porta crib) or beach chairs they are available at no charge upon request with a minimum of 48 business hours’ notice. For weekend and holiday deliveries there is a $25 fee. All items subject to availability. Please note: For the safety of our guests we have implemented a rigorous and expanded cleaning process between stays. This unit has an elevator nearby. On the day of check-in you will receive lockbox access instructions at 3:00 PM. This is a gated community, and all drivers must be on the gate list. Please send a message, in advance, with the names of all drivers needing gate access to avoid access delays. You can contact the gate directly to add any guests after your arrival. To make the most of our beautiful area we highly recommend you have a vehicle, but AJ’s restaurant is a short walk away in the King and Bear, near the amenities center. We love animals, but the association has strict rules that must be followed. All animals must be housebroken and approved in advance. No aggressive breeds are allowed. For pet approval, please send a message to the host stating the breed, age and weight, along with photos of your animal and current vaccine records to comply with the HOA rules. If authorized, a request for payment will be sent and must be paid in advance. The pet fee is $75 per pet for short stays and up to $300 for stays of 6 months or more. Pet fee does NOT include picking up pet waste on property. Animals are not allowed to be left unattended. All animals, including assistance animals, must be disclosed in advance, and the third-party screening completed prior to bringing any animal onto the premises.
