In a suggestive green countryside surrounded by olive trees, oaks and cypresses, this villa is a place of relaxation and absolute silence in one of the most beautiful areas of Tuscany. Here you will be in direct contact with nature, but not far from the world.
The dwelling has two distinct but very close structures: a larger one, of almost 500 square meters, and an annex, of about 70 square meters. In total it can accommodate up to 14 people offering many services, such as the Spa with sauna, hammam and wellness massage area and many activities, including the possibility of enjoying a pleasant stroll along the external paths. The proximity to extraordinary cities such as Siena, which it’s just 40 kilometers away, makes this villa truly unique.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
