This beachfront villa is a traditional Dalmatian stone house situated right by the sea in the small place of Okrug Gornji (2 km), on the island of Ciovo, just 5 km from the center of the Unesco protected historic city of Trogir. Villa is located just 30 meters from the sea and has direct sea access.
This charming two-story house has 4 bedrooms, a kitchen/dining area on the ground floor, 2 bathrooms, a large pool area garden with a private pool and parking for 2 cars. On the ground floor, there is a living area with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with a table and chairs. On the same floor, there is one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. The rest of the bedrooms (3) are located on the first floor. One bedroom has a double bed, the second is with two single beds (twin bedroom) and the third one is with one single bed. On the same floor, there is a bathroom and as s bonus, a working space in the hallway.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
