If a pet is seen entering this home the homeowner and/or Property Manager has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night. There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. There will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until the pet is removed or eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter’s "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed.
