This apartment is vicolo della Torretta, exactly in the middle of the City Centre, just 2 minutes walk from the famous Campo Marzio street and 5 minute walk from Pantheon. The apartment is recently renovated and has all the comfortable facilities that guests need for enjoy the city. It’s on the first floor (without elevator). There are two bedrooms (one double and one with 2 single beds that it’s possible to convert in a double bed) and 2 bathrooms (with showers). In a refined and elegant atmosphere, enriched by beautifully decorated ceilings, the spacious living area has two sofas (one is a sofa-bed) and a dining table with seating for six. The kitchen is right next to this area and is fully equipped (American Coffee Machine, Nespresso, Microwave, Fridge and Freezer), it is ideal for preparing quick snacks or elaborate meals. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Standard check-in: 15:00-21:00 (3:00 pm to 9:00 pm). Check-ins after 21:00 (9:00 pm) can be arranged for an additional cost of €50, to be paid in cash upon arrival.
- Check-out by 11 am
- Upon request, we are flexible with check-in and check-out times, depending on the apartment's availability and cleaning requirements.
- An extra fee of € 35 will be charged for check-ins on the following dates: December 25, January 1, Easter Sunday and August 15th.
- Check-in is by self-check-in. It is MANDATORY for the guest to fill out the online form I will send when booking the property, providing their ID information as required by Italian law. Additionally, the rental contracts are included within the form, and signing them is mandatory. The form must be completed within 48 hours of the guest's arrival in Rome. Filling out the form takes about 5 minutes.
- In this apartment, the following are not allowed:
- - hosting parties
- - smoking
- - bringing pets
- - making noise during quiet hours (from 10:30 pm to 9:00 am)
- For children up to 3 years old, a travel cot is available upon request, at a cost of € 50 per stay.
