This accommodation will give you the unique chance of sleeping in the heart of Via Giulia, in one of the celebrated boulevard’s most fascinating dwellings, with history and art at every step.
Comprised of three bedrooms, this flat can sleep up to 5 people.
Because the building is obviously listed, it is not fitted with an elevator and therefore this accommo-dation, on the fourth floor, can only be reached after a few flights of stairs (there are 55 steps in to-tal).
Past the entrance door, there are 10 more steps to a landing that leads to a single room on your left and the living room on your right, where you will be able to lounge and relax at will.
A fully equipped kitchen complete with oven, microwave oven, induction stove, kettle, toaster, fridge, freezer) carries all the essentials for you to prepare your meals from scratch while in Rome.
From the kitchen you can access the first half of the sleeping quarters, with one bedroom with twin beds and a first bathroom, fitted with a shower. In the closet here you will find the washing machine.
On the other side of the living room, the sleeping quarters are completed by the master bedroom and a second bathroom, fitted with a tub shower.
The careful renovation project has highlighted some of the original elements of the construction, in-cluding the stunning ceiling beams. At the same time it has accommodated some welcome modern amenities: from the washing machine to a Smart-TV (which will allow you to follow your favorite se-ries and entertainment shows even while abroad!) from independent heating to an A/C system (available in three rooms: the master bedroom, the living room and the bedroom with the twin beds, not in the single bedrrom).
The whole apartment has plenty of storage space, and boasts incredible natural light. One feature that is rarely discussed in listings is the accommodation’s tranquility: as it overlooks the inner courtyard for Palazzo Sacchetti, Via Giulia 69 is uncharacteristically quiet for this part of central Rome!
