Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Smoking is not allowed in this apartment.
- Check-out within 11:00 am.
- Standard check-in: 15:00-21:00 (3:00 pm to 9:00 pm). Check-ins after 21:00 (9:00 pm) can be arranged for an additional cost of €50, to be paid in cash upon arrival.
- Flexibility for check-in and check-out time, depends on the availability of the apartment and the cleaning procedure.
- This apartment is accessible through a "self check-in" mode.
- It is MANDATORY for the guest to fill out the online form that I will send upon booking the property, indicating their ID information, as required by Italian law (article no. 109 of the Italian TULPS). The form must be completed within 48 hours of the guest's arrival in Rome.
- Once I receive the documents I will send the procedures for entering the apartment.
- Failure to communicate the ID information will result in the client being denied access to the apartment.
- HEATING
- During the colder seasons, heating will be turned on at the times stipulated in the regulations by the City of Rome. In addition, the maximum allowed operating hours and the temperature set by the same regulations and any national standards will be respected.
- Guests will not be able to change or raise the temperature, the thermostat will have been previously set.
- ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION
- Electricity and gas consumption is included in the price of this rental. Guests are required to comply with the rules of use of all electrical equipment in the accommodation. Specifically, they are required to turn off all lights and A/C off when not at home.
