Welcome to our villa Sol e Luna, a beautiful 3 bedroom villa located in the gated community of Terre basses. The villa has 3 beautiful bedrooms which can all be accessed from inside the villa.
Sol e Luna is surrounded by gardens making it a very private villa. The large open interiors make it a great villa for entertaining so fantastic for friends and families.
The villa is fully air-conditioned with a great size living room that offers a plasma TV and DVD. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for preparing delicious meals.
Sol e Luna has enlarged its pool and its deck so is now a great large space for sunbathing and relaxing in the sun.
The villa has three lovely bedrooms which all have a marble ensuite bathroom. The bedrooms all have a king-size bed, air conditioning, plasma TV and DVD, and ceiling fans.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
