Welcome to the prime villa.
Luxury villa with pool and Jacuzzi near Split is set in a peaceful location, close to Split and Trogir’s historic towns, which are under UNESCO protection and offer vibrant nightlife, romantic promenade, lots of palaces, churches, towers, and beautiful beaches. This newly built villa (completed in 2016), made of stone, spreads over three floors: basement, ground floor, and first floor. 1300 square meters large property consists of a beautiful swimming pool (48 square meters), a large terrace, and a playground for children with a swing set, slide, and trampoline. Right next to the pool are two areas with sun loungers, one with direct sunlight and the other with a shade. There is also a Jacuzzi suitable for four persons and an outdoor shower. The entire property is enclosed with a fence that ensures your complete privacy.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
