Our lovely apartment is located within easy walking distance to Blue Flag Beaches, local eateries and central Plettenberg Bay town. The apartment is in a secure complex on the banks of a river where you can fish, with tennis and squash courts as well as a swimming pool and squash court. Perfect beach holiday destination! The apartment offers the best of both worlds - a peaceful, relaxing space that is a few minutes walk from beautiful beaches, Kwik Spar shopping centre with restaurants, pharmacy, liquor store, petrol station and auto banks. Great family atmosphere. Estate offers river walks. There is so much to do in Plettenberg Bay: Hiking, mountain biking, beach walks, tennis, golf, horse riding and boat excursions are some of the activities that are located moments away from our home.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,1. NO SMOKING OR VAPING! Should we find an odour of smoke inside the apartment, or any ash or cigarette butts, our guest services team will report this and it could result in an additional cleaning charge of up to R2,000.
- 2. Please do not hang any washing on the front patio.
- 3. Please note that the complex is a quiet zone. Please do not play music on the patios, or make any disturbance as sound travels. This includes the stairways and walkway. 10pm and 6am is a quiet time and NO NOISE should be made. The estate management may levy a fine for noise disturbance of R1000 which we will be obliged to collect via your booking channel or in cash.
- 4. Your reservation is accepted and confirmed with the understanding that a minimum of 2 x guests will stay in one bedroom, rather than occupy separate bedrooms, unless specifically requested and agreed to prior to your booking being confirmed. For example, 4 persons will use 2 bedrooms, 5 or 6 guests will use 3 bedrooms only. Should additional bedrooms and / or linen and towels be used, this will incur additional laundry / cleaning costs and you agree that on receipt of a payment request from your host via the channel you booked, you will pay this on request, or if applicable, agree that this is deducted from your damage deposit on check-out.
- 5. Please lock all doors and use the alarm when you leave the property during the day.
- 6. Please drive with care within the complex as small children and pedestrians use these narrow roads. Also park your vehicles responsibly. Please note that there is a speed limit 10kph within the Estate.
- 7. The volume of music or electronic instruments, partying should be kept at a generally acceptable level. Music should not be played outside, or on patios, after 23:00. Owners and/or residents may not carry out any activity which is noisy, unsightly, objectionable or which may cause disturbance to any owner, tenant or resident.
- 8. Use of the pools and the pool enclosure area is entirely at the risk of those that choose to do so, and no liability is accepted by the Trustees. Tennis shoes or trainers shall be worn at all times whilst on the tennis and squash courts. Only tennis may be played on the tennis courts.,Start: 22:00, End: 7:00
