Luxury seafront pool villa is located in the heart of beautiful Dalmatia, the small town of Pirovac surrounded by untouched nature, and it is ideal for a luxury vacation in a secluded and private, quiet location. A small, quiet beach is right in front of the villa.
The Villa consists of a ground floor with a spacious living room with TV/DVD and a warm and welcoming fireplace. On this level, there is also the main kitchen, fully equipped, and a dining table. The living room exits to the beautiful, spacious terrace overlooking the sea. The terrace offers an outside dining area with a dining table, bar, and a stone barbecue, a sunbathing area with beautiful sight, and a swimming pool. Together with the lounge area and greenery, it makes this outdoor living area the most relaxing part of the villa. Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
