Villa can accommodate up to 14 guests in 7 modern en-suite bedrooms. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, chic living area, gym, sauna, hot tub and elegant outdoor area with outdoor furniture. The swimming pool area with sun loungers is the perfect place for tanning but if you get tired of if, the Adriatic Sea is just 90 m away. The inside of this luxury villa will satisfy the most demanding guests.
Villa is located right next to the promenade where there are numerous contents such as long beaches, restaurants, coffee shops and amenities for children. Property is just 2 km away from the center of the ancient town of Trogir, (under the protection of UNESCO organisation).

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
