Set across a main house and a separate guest house, this spacious villa sleeps up to 12 guests across six beautifully designed bedrooms. The main house features four en-suite bedrooms with sea or garden views, including a spectacular master suite with a freestanding bathtub and private terrace overlooking Es Vedra. The guest house includes two additional double rooms sharing a modern shower room. The interiors showcase polished concrete floors, whitewashed walls, and colorful art and furnishings that add warmth to the modern design. The living area is open-plan, offering a cozy lounge and a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar seating and garden views. Outside, a 13m x 3.5m saltwater pool stretches across the terrace, surrounded by palm-lined lawns and numerous chill-out zones. A shaded outdoor dining space with a BBQ and seating for ten makes this home perfect for entertaining. Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including the main villa, guest house, private pool, gardens, terraces, and parking area. High-speed Wi-Fi, Sonos sound system, Apple TV, air conditioning, and laundry facilities are also available throughout the home. Car rental is recommended for exploring the island with ease. With parking available at the property, guests can comfortably access nearby beaches, villages, and Ibiza Town. For those who prefer walking, secluded beaches and scenic coastal trails are accessible on foot from the villa. The villa requires a 7-night minimum stay. Housekeeping is included with 4 hours of daily cleaning from Monday to Saturday (8am–12pm), as well as twice-weekly linen and towel changes. Outdoor maintenance is handled separately for 3 hours daily, Monday through Friday. A refundable security deposit of €3,000 is required. Standard check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00.
