Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - No unregistered guests (or pets if allowed)
- - Additional $15 per night per guest will be charged for any bookings exceeding 8 guests
- - Guests are responsible for all caused damages
- - Do not flush feminine products, toilet paper, wet wipes or diapers down the toilet as it will ruin the septic system.
- - No parking on the road
- -DO NOT CARVE ON TREES!!!!
- - 4wd and snow tires or chains highly recommended Dec through end of March or when snow is present.
- Fire Pit Guidelines
- Pit Construction:
- -The pit must be at least 18 inches deep and made of non-burnable material.
- -Add 6 inches of gravel at the bottom for safety, making the total depth 24 inches.
- -Clear out ashes regularly to keep the pit depth at 18 inches.
- Safety:
- -Keep the pit 15 feet away from anything that can burn.
- -Clear 6 feet around the pit of anything that can catch fire.
- -Always have someone 18 years or older watching the fire.
- -Have at least 10 gallons of water or a hose nearby.
- Firewood:
- -Use short pieces of wood that fit inside the pit.
- -Keep the flames under 2 feet high.
