An additional guest WC is also available. The spacious living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining space, and a cozy sitting area, perfect for socializing or relaxing. The villa’s interior seamlessly connects with the outdoor terrace, offering guests a beautiful flow between indoor and outdoor living. Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, including the infinity pool, jacuzzi, and outdoor terrace. The expansive terrace features sunbeds, umbrellas, and an in-ground seating area, providing multiple spaces to unwind. The outdoor dining area is equipped with a gas BBQ for al fresco dining. The villa shares a common entrance gate with two other nearby properties, but each villa is entirely independent with its own parking area adjacent to the entrance. While the villa is secluded, it is easily accessible by car. The road leading to the property is unpaved but suitable for normal vehicles. The closest village, Athani, is just a 5-minute drive away, and several beaches can be reached within 5-10 minutes by car. The nearest airport is Aktion/Preveza, located 57 km from the villa, while the closest port is in Vasiliki, about 13.3 km away. The villa offers complete blackout throughout, ensuring privacy and comfort. High-quality linens, bathrobes, and toiletries are provided, and there is a shaded built-in BBQ area for outdoor dining. A change of linen is offered twice per week, and guests can access 24/7 local assistance. The villa’s infinity pool, sun loungers, and outdoor shower add to the luxurious experience, making it an ideal retreat.
