The villa is located a short distance from the sea, which you will be able to walk to from the front of your villa. The villa is ideally located near the Sumartin port on Brac Island, where you will also find bars, shops and traditional Croatian restaurants that benefit from freshly caught and prepared fish dishes. You are surrounded by greenery during your stay in this villa and you will find an abundance of hiking and biking opportunities. The port of Sumartin is the perfect base for day trips to other Croatian locations. Makarska is a short distance from Brac and the island of Hvar can be found to the south. You will be challenged to find a villa that is as ideally located as this villa.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
