More low-key than lively South Beach, North Beach is a mellow residential area fringed by a wide stretch of sand. The location is amazing on 73rd St and Collins Avenue: 2 mins walk from the Beach 35 minutes drive from Fort Lauderdale International Airport 25 minutes drive from Miami International Airport 15 minutes drive to South Beach 15 mins drive to Aventura Mall 20 mins drive to Downtown Miami Uber or Lyft offer reliable and affordable rides around the City. A car is not necessary.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,Please note that in sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and BUGS. (Yes, dare I say it..) These elements are a natural & very common occurrence! We have our property professionally sprayed for pests, but please remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray!
- There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere (inside or outside) on the property.
- We can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests at any given time. It's for your own comfort and the sanity of our cleaners :)
- The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age & must be one of the guests staying at the property.
- Please note that we welcome children of all ages but wanted to make sure you’re aware that the home is NOT baby-proofed.
- No third party bookings allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.
- Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.
- Please wipe shoes at the door. It is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible, so we can keep the place clean for you and the next guests!
- Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time.
- Please note that, after it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash off the screen and into the pool and the pool may appear slightly discolored.
- No fireworks of any kind.
- No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle.
- Follow additional guidelines posted within the home.
- Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure.
- Report damages immediately.
- We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of ANY of these rules.,Start: 22:00, End: 8:00
