Sleeping arrangements The master bedroom offers a king bed and an attached bathroom, perfect for a restful night. A second bedroom holds a queen bed, while the third bedroom provides two full beds. A queen pull‑out couch in the living room adds flexible sleeping space, bringing the total to seven guests. Kitchen & dining A large, full kitchen gives you ample room to prepare meals at your own pace, equipped with everything you need for family‑style cooking. The adjacent indoor dining area is spacious enough for gatherings, encouraging lingering conversation over shared plates. Outdoor living Step outside to a backyard centered around a salt water pool, with the option to add heat on cooler days. Pool loungers invite relaxed afternoons, and an outdoor shower offers a refreshing rinse after a beach visit. A tiki bar, putting green, and outdoor dining spaces create casual spots to enjoy Florida’s warm, coastal climate. Amenities The home features a washer and dryer, WiFi, and bathroom essentials for both short and extended stays. A private entrance and self‑check‑in with a smart lock add ease and flexibility, while free parking is available on the premises and on the street. The property is pet‑friendly and welcomes long‑term stays of 28 days or more. Neighborhood & location Set in a tranquil residential area, you’re just a short drive from St. Pete Beach (1.4 mi) and close to local shopping and restaurants. Albert Whitted Airport lies 6 mi away, and Splash Harbour Water Park is 12 mi from the home, placing coastal activities and attractions within easy reach. This South Pasadena retreat provides a comfortable base for enjoying the area at your own rhythm, with space to relax, reconnect, and feel at home throughout your stay. During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home. Feel safe and right at home when you enter our South Pasadena getaway oasis. Parking can accommodate up to (3) small vehicles in the driveway parked back to back. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay: -For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout. -For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear. If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week’s notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored. The golf cart is a paid amenity and is available to reserve. It can be reserved for the entirety of the stay (two-day minimum). Or, if reserving for only part of your stay, it must be at the end of your stay (two-day minimum). The cost for this amenity is $80 per day. Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking. We appreciate your understanding!
