Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- SuitableForChildren,PetsAllowed:petStayCharge,Please note that in sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and BUGS. (Yes, dare I say it...) These elements are a natural & very common occurrence! Please remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray!
- There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere (inside or outside) on the property.
- We love dogs and are more than happy to welcome them! If you're bringing a dog, please be sure to let the host know the breed and size of your furry friend. We do have a pet fee and require a refundable pet deposit to be provided before your check-in. Also, we just ask that they are picked up after and all waste is disposed of properly during your stay. Any damages found may incur additional fees.
- We can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests at any given time. It's for your own comfort and the sanity of our cleaners :)
- The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age & must be one of the guests staying at the property.
- No third party bookings allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.
- Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.
- Number of vehicles on property should never exceed (1) per reservation. Up to (1) car may park in the driveway side by side.
- Please wipe shoes at the door. It is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible, so we can keep the place clean for you and the next guests!
- Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time.
- Please note that, after it rains, there may be a few small bugs in the pool and the pool may appear slightly discolored.
- No fireworks of any kind.
- No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle.
- Follow additional guidelines posted within the home.
- Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. All trash must be bagged and placed in the proper receptacle. Any violation of this rule may result in additional fees up to $200.
- Report damages immediately.
- We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of ANY of these rules.
