It offers a prime location just minutes away from Scottsdale Kierland, Scottsdale Quarter, and Scottsdale Airpark. The area is bustling with dining, shopping, hiking trails, golf courses, and numerous other attractions that make your visit truly rewarding. If you prefer to relax at home, you’ll find an abundance of amenities to enjoy, such as a private pool and a half-size basketball court.
This stunning 2,581 sq ft house is the perfect blend of comfort and elegance, with four spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms, it comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.
After stepping through the front door, you will find yourself in the open and spacious main living - accented with high wood beam ceilings!
Living Room: Enjoy a comfortable and spacious leather sectional and a smart TV.
Kitchen: The kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and plenty of countertop space, ensuring you have all you need to create delicious meals. Additionally, a spacious kitchen island offers seating for two.

A dining table for 4, invites relaxed outdoor meals under the open sky. Nearby, the crackling fire pit offers the perfect gathering spot. A propane BBQ grill stands ready for culinary adventures, while a half-size basketball court allows for some friendly competition.
