Two en-suite bedrooms, a laundry room, and a garage are also located on this level. The first floor showcases a light-filled living space with floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto a terrace with sweeping lake views. A cozy fireplace, reading nook, and a dining area for 12 guests complete the space. The second floor consists of four en-suite bedrooms, including a master suite with a walk-in wardrobe and a luxurious bathroom with a tub and shower. Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, including a private infinity pool, outdoor jacuzzi, sun loungers, and a BBQ area for alfresco dining. The villa is fully equipped with air conditioning, heating, smart TV, Wi-Fi, a fireplace, a gym area, and a billiards table. Daily breakfast is provided by a private chef, and concierge services are available to enhance the stay. Garage parking is included for added convenience. A car is recommended for ease of travel, and garage parking is available on-site. The villa is conveniently located near ferry terminals for easy access to other lakefront towns. Boat rentals and guided tours can be arranged upon request. Daily breakfast with a private chef, concierge services, and daily cleaning (2 hours per day) are included. Additional services such as a private chef for other meals, pre-stocking, personal training, massages, boat rentals, and extra cleaning can be arranged upon prior request.
