The house has 3-complimentary bicycles so you can explore the property. You can also visit some facilities that are located 5 minutes on foot, where animals are raised, allowing a complete immersion in a rural lifestyle (ideal for children).
The common areas are extremely nice, not only the interior but also the outside, with a saltwater pool and deck for reading, relaxing and being at peace. The living room with fireplace is made of stone and has a mezzanine if you want privacy or to play some board games. The property has an outdoor private area of 70 hectares, where olive, honey and cork are produced. All this allows you to spend a quiet and private holiday without neighbours.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
