Gorgeous 2-Story Villa in Northern Israel

Welcome to the western seaside northern Israel! Our beautiful, modern home is surrounded by nature. We even have fresh herbs in the backyard you can pick and use for cooking! Our home is fully equipped with everything your heart desires and it’s located a 5-minute drive from the beach. Some first basic groceries will be waiting for you at the villa for your comfort. The villa is in a lovely complex so it’s ideal for bigger groups that would love to have their own family privacy. This two-story home is perfect for families that want to switch off and enjoy being amidst gorgeous citrus and avocado trees. You will have your own backyard with a picnic table and a covered dining area outside, ideal for a family BBQ. On the first day you will receive some goodies like a bottle of wine, cookies and basic groceries so that you can feel right at home. The villa accommodates up to 9 people. On the first floor you have a sleeper couch, as well as a full bathroom, kitchen, living and dining room, and of course the amazing backyard. You get to the second floor via a beautiful spiral staircase, and on that floor you have the rest of the sleeping accommodations and a full bathroom. Everything you need is available to you and we cannot wait to welcome you to our villa! The whole home is for you - there are also 2 parking spots reserved for you! All Israeli citizens and holders of any other permit will be charged VAT at 18% (VAT rate may be changed without prior notice). Tourists (holders of diplomatic passport or foreign passport and a 3 month tourist visa - B2/3/4), are exempt from paying VAT on accommodations. If applicable, the VAT will be collected separately by the Home Management Company after the booking.
