Our beautiful, modern home is surrounded by nature. We even have fresh herbs in the backyard you can pick and use for cooking! Our home is fully equipped with everything your heart desires and it’s located a 5-minute drive from the beach.
Some first basic groceries will be waiting for you at the villa for your comfort.
The villa is in a lovely complex so it’s ideal for bigger groups that would love to have their own family privacy.
This two-story home is perfect for families that want to switch off and enjoy being amidst gorgeous citrus and avocado trees. You will have your own backyard with a picnic table and a covered dining area outside, ideal for a family BBQ.
On the first day you will receive some goodies like a bottle of wine, cookies and basic groceries so that you can feel right at home.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
