Bioclimatic Mountain Chalet With Jacuzzi Retreat

This 300m² premium chalet, built with solid wood and noble materials, offers a serene mountain retreat between Les Praz and the heart of Chamonix. The chalet features five bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, and is designed for relaxation with amenities like a sauna, jacuzzi, and spectacular views from Grands Montets to Bossons. Recent construction to bioclimatic standards ensures modern comfort and optimal sunshine. The chalet offers a peaceful and luxurious stay, ideal for those seeking a calm getaway in the French Alps. The chalet is nestled at the edge of a forest, offering tranquility while still being a short distance from the village of Les Praz. The village provides convenient access to a café, ski rental shops, and a grocery store, as well as the La Flégère ski lift. The chalet’s location offers a peaceful retreat, with breathtaking views of the surrounding valley and mountain ranges, while still being close to the vibrant center of Chamonix. Check-in is from 4:00 p.m., and check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Children are welcome, but pets are not allowed. Smoking indoors and hosting parties or events is also prohibited. A personal check-in will be provided. Additionally, a city/tourism tax of €32.20 applies. The chalet spans three levels and is beautifully designed with exposed beams and high-end finishes. On the ground floor, guests will find three spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, as well as a sauna with a shower and guest toilet. This floor also includes a ski room, a laundry room, and shelter for up to three cars. The main floor features an open and fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with a dining area, and access to a terrace with a jacuzzi. The top floor houses two additional bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. All five bedrooms come with queen-size beds (160 cm), which can be configured as twin beds (2x 80 cm) upon request. Guests will have access to the entire chalet and its amenities, including a sauna, jacuzzi, ski room, and sheltered parking for up to three vehicles. The property also features free WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, and a TV for your entertainment. Though the chalet is situated near the Ilettes and Nants bus stations (Line 1), we recommend that guests have a vehicle, as the climb to the property is steep. For those who enjoy outdoor activities, walking down to the Arve and into the center of Chamonix is a rewarding experience. By car, it’s about 40 minutes to Megève or St Gervais, and around 1 hour 20 minutes to Geneva or Annecy.
