This property is in the heart of Brighton's cultural area, the North Laine, yet it is set on a quiet residential street. It gives you the calmness you deserve as well as the convenience that you need. You get to enjoy the best of both worlds. Within a short stroll, you will find the very best independent shops, restaurants and cafes as well as Brighton's cultural highlights such as the Brighton Dome, Brighton Pavilion & Gardens and the Theatre Royal. Brighton Pier and the seafront are a ten minute walk away and you can easily venture to other areas of the city like Kemptown or Hove. It really is an incredibly perfect location. Some of the best coffee shops and pubs are located within a short stroll of the house. Some of our favourites are: - We Love Falafel - for a quick lunch, this is the best falafel in town! - Flour Pot - excellent lunch, cake and coffee - Fato o Mano - for delicious pizza - White Rabbit - a great Brighton pub - Solera - Spanish tapas You are also near some wonderful restaurants, some of the best in Brighton! - The Ivy in the Lanes - worth a visit to see the splendid design of this beautiful converted Post Office - The Ivy Asia - again, the design is quite spectacular - The Salt Room - a Brighton favourite, down by the seafront - Riddle & Finns at the Beach - the best views you will find with great food and service - Burnt Orange - stylish, classy and delicious If you would like some recommendations, we are all locals so please just ask!

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • As per the listing: no extra guests, no smoking and no parties please, at all times
  • Any lost keys and keys not returned to correct location will incur a charge - If a guest locks themselves out during their stay and requires assistance there will be a minimum charge of £25
  • Unless agreed in advance a late check out will incur a fee of £50 per hour
  • There will be a fine of £150 for smoking indoors
  • Any sign of pets staying in the house will incur additional fees
