This brand new two story apartment is modern and spacious with a lift between each floor.
Beautifully furnished with guests in mind, it will be easy to relax and hard to leave.
Located in the very sought after Nga Roto Estate – you are only a short drive from town centre, or a quick stroll to the lake.
Boasting 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms including ensuite, gas fire place, heat-pump/air-con on each level, open plan living/dining and kitchen (with butlers pantry) and a charming deck where you can fire up the Weber and enjoy a wine in the sun.
Downstairs offers a second smaller living area between the bedrooms. This area has a second TV and a sofa-bed. The internal garage (fully insulated) has a set of bunks which is a single bed over a double bed.
We allow a maximum of 10 guests to stay at the apartment.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House rules

  • Linen and exit clean included in the nightly rate.
  • No parties, events or loud groups.
  • Only the number of guests on your booking are permitted at the property during your stay.
  • The house must be left tidy upon departure. Dishes must be washed, dried and put away.
  • All rubbish must be neatly bagged, all recycling must be sorted into the correct bins, and the BBQ must be left clean.
  • This is a smoke-free property.
  • No pets allowed.
