This comfortable holiday home with off road parking and an enclosed garden is just a short walk to the heart of the picturesque town and the shingle beach – ideal for a short break, seaside holiday or corporate stay. Interiors are homely with a living/dining room, kitchen and cloakroom on the ground floor; two twin bedrooms, a single, family bathroom and an en-suite shower room on the first floor.
You’re welcomed into the hallway with the cloakroom to your left, stairs to your right and the living/dining room and kitchen ahead of you.
LIVING/DINING ROOM
A sociable room with double doors opening from the dining area to the garden for easy indoor/outdoor living in the spring and summer months. Furnishings are comfortable and traditional with a couple of two-seater sofas, and armchair, footstool and occasional tables, with the TV sitting on a corner unit. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
