This family-friendly lodge features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan living/kitchen area. Outside, enjoy three seating areas, a private hot tub garden, and a safe children’s play space. Thoughtful touches throughout help you feel at home from the moment you arrive.
We give guests space to enjoy their stay but are available via phone or message if you need anything. We’re always happy to help with local tips or questions during your visit.
Cot bed and high chair available on request. Please supervise children when using the play area and hot tub. Hot tub is cleaned and treated between stays to ensure hygiene and comfort.
There’s a bus stop directly outside the park gates with routes to Pocklington and York, making car-free exploring easy. Parking is available on-site for guests arriving by car.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
