Property is pet-friendly for 1 x small dog, but only ON Application! The property is set across two levels with an ease of access floor plan to provide space for all guests to stretch out and relax. Three bedrooms are on the upper level featuring 1 x KB, 1 x QB, and 2 x King Single beds. The bathrooms offer a palette of neutral tones with a bath, vanity, toilet and walk-in shower in the KB ensuite bathroom, while the guest bathroom has a walk-in shower, vanity and toilet. No expense has been spared with superb modern touches throughout. There is a separate toilet powder room on the ground level. A private office is also set up for work-from-home professionals or guests willing to check in to the office on holiday. There are two living areas, and a premium kitchen with high-end appliances, and a walk-in pantry. The patio is importantly north facing with a BBQ which is built-in alongside a drinks fridge - all overlooking your private plunge pool. The separate laundry features a washing machine.
