Bi-fold doors open the area up to the Mediterranean style, paved courtyard, a sunny sheltered spot where you can enjoy a glass of wine on a summer’s evening.The Cwtch is a detached annex located across the courtyard, it has a cosy TV lounge on the ground floor with a utility room beyond. The first floor suite is accessed via external stone steps with double bed, ensuite shower room and comfortable seating to relax. This makes an ideal retreat for a couple.From here further stone steps lead up to an enclosed sloping lawn with patio, perfect for enjoying an alfresco meal and enjoying the view over the roof tops of Newport. There are even glimpses of the sea from the top of the garden and guests will enjoy wandering the meadow beyond, the views from here are even more far reaching over the coast.The main house itself accommodates 6 guests in 3 well proportioned bedrooms which all can be made up as twin beds or super kings, the master bedroom on the first floor enjoys a wonderful ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The third bedroom in the eaves on the second floor has exposed A-frame beams and ensuite bathroom, while the fourth bedroom is more of a suite found in a detached outbuilding accessed by external stone steps across the courtyard.
