Nomad’s Lux - 2BDR Almada Private is a small villa, inserted in a recently built condominium on Rua do Almada in Porto, which resulted from the rehabilitation of an old and traditional building.
2BDR Almada Private is a very complete duplex with two suites on the first floor, both with private air conditioning and TV. On the lower floor there is a complete kitchen and a large living room overlooking a small, completely private patio. Both divisions are supported by a small service bathroom.
The location is exceptional, within walking distance of many points of interest such as Av. dos Aliados, Municipality of Porto, Praça da República, Cedofeita, Clérigos and much, much more! The combination of comfort and location offered by our 2BDR Almada Private villa is unique and will guarantee you a great vacation time in the city of Porto.
For the purpose of a safe stay, guaranteeing comfort in each of the apartments and complying with legal reporting obligations to the Portuguese authorities, identification documents/passport are requested on or before check-in.
A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required, to be charged up to 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.This accommodation does not accept groups of young people (up to 25 years).
