Welcome to our spacious and stylish townhome, perfect for up to 12 guests! This unique rental includes two side-by-side townhomes with private entrances, offering plenty of space for large groups. The open living areas each feature a fully equipped kitchen with a large island, a cozy gas fireplace, and ample seating. Bedrooms are well-appointed with plush beds, flatscreen TVs, and ensuite bathrooms with double vanities. The expansive master suites include a private covered balcony to unwind.
Located in Old Town North, this home is just a scenic 20-minute walk along the Poudre River Trail to the heart of Old Town Fort Collins. Stroll the river path to enjoy local cafés, boutiques, and art galleries, or hop on the complimentary cruiser bikes for a brewery tour or a ride through the city’s scenic trails. With easy access to dining, shopping, and outdoor adventures, this townhome offers the perfect balance of relaxation and exploration in a prime Fort Collins location.

KITCHEN: Two full kitchens with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, large kitchen island, cooking basics, dishware/flatware, spices, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener
BATHROOMS: There is a main floor half bath and a bathroom for each bedroom. We also include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay.

PARKING: This home offers two private attached garages, each fitting two cars (4 total). Street parking is also available.
